Chris Poole death: Teenagers on murder charge

A 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy have appeared in court charged with the murder of a man in East Sussex.
Chris Poole, 46, was attacked outside a shop in the Hydneye area of Eastbourne shortly before 21:00 BST on 16 August. He died from his injuries the next day.
At Lewes Crown Court, Shane Noble, 19, of no fixed address, was remanded in custody.
The 15-year-old boy from Eastbourne has been remanded to the custody of a local authority outside Sussex.
He cannot be named for legal reasons.
The accused pair are due to appear before Lewes Crown Court on 30 October.
