Teenager arrested following Small Heath assault

A Birmingham teenager has been arrested following an assault in which a 22-year-old man was critically injured.
The victim suffered a serious head injury in the attack in Small Heath at the junction of Somerville Road and St Oswald's Road on Friday afternoon.
The 15-year-old boy, from the area, was taken in for questioning on Sunday.
Two men, aged 42 and 20, who had previously been arrested in connection with the incident have been released on bail until next month.
Det Insp Stuart Kidd, from West Midlands Police, said: "There is no change in the condition of the young man who suffered serious injuries during the attack.
"He is still very poorly in hospital."
