Hannah Windsor observatory death: Man remanded

A Wirral man has been remanded in custody accused of raping and murdering a teenage girl.
Hannah Windsor, 17, from Birkenhead, was found near Bidston Hill Observatory at about 17:30 BST on Saturday, three days after she went missing.
Adam Lewis, 18, from Fairmead Road, Moreton, was also charged with arson at a house on Orchard Road on 12 May.
Wirral Magistrates remanded him to appear at Liverpool Crown Court on Friday.
