Ismail Burnett on trial for 'knife murder' of James Bruce in Boddam

A man has gone on trial accused of murdering another man in an Aberdeenshire town.
James Bruce, 40, from the Peterhead area, died in hospital after an incident in Boddam in 2010.
Ismail Burnett, 39, is alleged to have repeatedly struck Mr Bruce on the body with a knife, and then attempted to defeat the ends of justice.
Mr Burnett denies the offences and has gone on trial at the High Court in Aberdeen.
