Inverness drug dealer's money to be confiscated
Published: 7th Mar 2011 17:30:24
A man jailed for 12 years for being concerned in the supply of class A drugs will have £22,645 seized from him under proceeds of crime legislation.
Jamie King, 36, of Inverness, was convicted in 2009.
The confiscation order was made at the High Court in Edinburgh and the court ruled that because of his conviction he had lived a criminal lifestyle.
Income and assets obtained in the six years prior to the date of the offence are to be seized.
