Cyclist killed in collision with car

A cyclist died when he collided with a car in Birmingham.
The crash happened at about 2110 GMT in New Road, Erdington, West Midlands Ambulance Service said.
The cyclist had multiple serious injuries and was confirmed dead at the scene, a spokesman for the ambulance service said.
Police have not released his identity yet and no-one else was hurt in the collision. Anyone who witnessed it is asked to contact West Midlands Police.
